this was was awesome! my wife's friend told us about this place so we decided to check it out! they did not disappoint. We got the Bleu cheese burger, goat cheese burger amd fried pickles. I visited Baraboo's for the first time this week expecting it to be a run of the mill place to eat. The Deep River BLT was amazing. It was delicious and may be the tastiest sandwich I've ever had. Went for dinner with some friends. Delicious drinks, amazing food, great service, and awesome atmosphere. Our group tried the Harbor Fog Margarita, Shirleyanne Temple, the Dubuque Combo, Mozby Cheddar Melt, and the Frisco Breakfast Burger. There is a raspberry jalapeno jam that is to die for. Moved to Dubuque a few months ago and this has been my primary suggestion for friends/family to meet. I worked as a bartender for a few years before and noticed right away that their staff had a great balance of making you feel at home while also being extremely quick/attentive. I think I met the owner during football season and he seemed like a great guy too. I don’t know anyone that works there personally/ don’t leave a lot of reviews, but this place stood out enough for me to leave one I guess! Solid spot! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I should not be partial because my son works here. The fact that the employees hang out here too says a lot. Chad (the proprietor) was a pleasant and personable meet. The drinks were aptly priced for an upscale establishment. I would visit as time and money allows. Definitely a neighborhood pub with an upscale flair. I stopped by Baraboo's on Main for the first time today over the lunch hour. This place has a small town bar feel walking in with regulars having small talk and laughs with the staff. The establishment was clean and well laid out. The staff were very kind, attentive, and courteous and didn't try to rush me through the meal. The food was excellent, I had the Mozby cheddar melt, and everything was prepared just right. All this, not to mention the very reasonable pricing. I will definitely be returning to Baraboo's.
