The place to be on a Monday and you are looking for a place for lunch. The sandwiches are massive and the pri e is decent. Service is attentive and quick and willing to have a chat. Apparently, the 'kroket' is very popular.

Friendly service, delicious bread and pastry. The best oliebollen ever, airy and soft inside, crispy outside, not greasy (usually available in December and January). Very relaxed sunny terrace (seasonal), the croissants are always warm and buttery.

Great bakkery located right in the historical center. That's just great to go to there in the morning to get a hot bread and croisants. If you like deserts you can also find a lot of them there. During summer time you can chill outside on the street near by having a cup of coffee or tee, winter is a time for oliebolens. Sounds like an ideal place, doesn't it? Be sure it is! Real bad bakery. Tastes like nothing. Coffee is something you need to avoid. Furthermore the staff is really friendly and there are the 3 stars for.

Great sitting area and service. They serve your coffee just the way you want it. Outdoor sitting area available during the warmer times of the year.

Very bad experience, i live just in the corner i come here weekly for a breakfast/lunch ! Today i had a problem ‘storing’ as the machine showed while paying for my lunch with my daughter. I even tried to call my bank for this matter the woman who was working there said to me to you maybe know what is the reason that the payement is declined i clearly said that i have no idea as this never happened to me then she literally gave me a weird look saying that 9/10 of the reason that i don’t have money to pay for it when it clearly said storing and not ‘saldo te laag’ , after 5 minutes i was able to pay. really rude way to address your customers. Will not be returning here again

Great quality products. Always fresh bread, cakes, biscuits. Service could be better though. Often they do not know what they are selling. Once I wanted to order round tart and the lady told me they do not make round tarts nor ever have done. (Needless to say I ordered round tarts before at this bakery.)
