1. Literally every time I've been here, I've had to ask for a cashier. They don't just have one, which is ridiculous.
2. The meat department here is just sad. Small, no variety, lackluster pricing. Even the shelf tags aren't as clear as the other locations as far as how much you're paying per pound. Just hit the Walmart across the street if you're in a hurry. The Bakers on 120th/Center has an outstanding meat department.
3. The store hours and the hours of the departments in the store aren't great.
If I would have give 0 star I would do that. Customer service is really bad. There is lady working in self check out area. She is with glasses was so rude without nothing.. don’t like there that self check out area customer service..👎👎👎
Online it said they were open and when I got there they were closed. I know it's minor and my fault for hoping that they'd be open on Christmas, but if you say you're the one place open on Christmas and kill that hope at the same time it leaves an impact.
Customer service is low. Waited 15 minutes in line to check out while 8 employees were putting together a bakery stand. Had to go to self checkout. Online orders are normally not ready on time. Sometimes an hour late. Waiting in the car with kids that long is not worth it. Trying to save time to just do a quick pickup. Substitutes aren’t close either.
Every time I shop here in person its good. Do NOT do the pickup unless you want to wait. This Saturday I waited 45 minutes. 45 minutes for a couple bags of groceries. Something needs to be done in order to correct this problem. Man who delivered groceries was also extremely rude. He was probably offended because I asked if I could just get them myself.
Yesterday, I bought a lot of stuff at this Baker's including 3 boxes of 12 pack sodas and one of the boxes fell from my cart in the parking lot, some cans started to explode and leak everywhere. I was at a loss of what to do with the mess and tried to pick up leaking cans. Then, the store associate, young lady named Zoey came up and helped me. She not only helped me pick up my leaking cans from the parking lot, took all of them to dispose of them, but also made sure I could get a new box of 12 pack sodas. She made me feel so much better and I really appreciate her kindness and wonderful customer service.
Super service, well-stocked shelves, treated like a friend. We placed an online order after the store closed & selected a noon pickup. I called the store's online department the next morning at 8:45 to see if we could come early-9:15. Julie said that the order was ready& yes, please come ahead! Everything was perfect! My requests that I posted in the online order comments section such as -bananas with yellow/some green, onion skins smooth, no substitutions for 100% of items ordered, just as I would have selected myself. So accommodating! When I initially called the front desk CSR's smile came right through the phone!
2. Same morning-We had unexpected company so I ran back into buy more in a hurry. This store is stocked with what we need, displayed attractively and the people who are stocking shelves treat you like a neighborhood friend. Finally realized it reminds me of Bakers stores 30 years ago- I love the friendly, helpful employees. Thank you!
