I went there the day before Thanksgiving, at 11:30am. You'd expect insanity, right? Lines down the aisles and no elbow room? Not so! Yes, the parking lot was full (but still not horrible), but once inside, there were helpful employees everywhere. I mean, everywhere! One of the products I wanted, wasn't on the shelf, and an employee went in back and brought out 2 cases for me! Very pleased with the service! Then, at checkout, every single checkstand was open, and the line was only 2 people deep. And the cashier was in a good mood. Great experience, all around. On what could have been one of the worst grocery store days of the year, they were shining stars.
Enjoyed my shopping experience and my cashier was talkative, young although friendly and kind. I mentioned to him that it's nice to see a lot of young ones working so hard. Keep up the good work 👏 Hi Buddy Ben
Always go to this place and have a nice shopping here. Today I left my cellphone on the cart. It's a raining day. The Bakers employees found my phone and took care of it. When I back to the store, they carefully check with me and finally return it to me. They are professional and helpful! Thanks~
Friendly staff. Great savings on sale items. I would give them five stars if they would open up both self check-out areas during peak times to prevent the long wait in lines
I have been coming here for over a decade and the experience has fallen through the floor. They cut back hugely on checkout employees, things are constantly not in stock, and prices keep climbing up and up. Can't say how much this is attributed to the chain or this store in particular but it is sad to see how abysmal this location i once loved has become.
Horrible service. Don't care about their customers. Without fail, the store has one of the two multi self service areas closed, resulting in a mess of a mob waiting to check out. If your business model is to chase people to Hyvee, well played.
PROS: Nice employees and one of the best cheese sections I've seen (although a bit small)
CONS: Very old looking (not in the good way), the aisles are extremely small, were out of some products, not enough cashiers to check out, the self checkout is bad due to it's antitheft system
We went to Starbucks today and the service was terrible, they were not friendly, also the wait was too long, we asked for a hot pistachio coffee option and it was not possible (when in another Starbucks they did it days before) the service should be the same in all its headquarters.
Place in disarray. Carts of merchandise in aisles - hard to get through. Couldn't find a certain item as box bottoms with can goods on them were sticking out of shelves.
