After checkout I needed to get lottery tickets. After about 60 seconds of no one being behind the counter, I asked one of the checkout ladies if the counter was open. She replied in his snarky remark. Yes, I'm in there. I'm helping other people right now. You'll have to wait. Umm no I won't!
I will never shop here again. They are very alert for Black customers. They watch you until you leave their store. I test my theory. If they say I am delusional. 2 dudes stand there and watch me at self check out until I pay for it ✔️. I pretend to leave then there was one white man left checking out his groceries. The two guys that were watching me . walked away as soon as I left check out and wasn't even watching the white guy left as check out. Store Manager "Rick" follow me and watch me at the door until I leave the premises. Zero stars! I feel like returning everything if it was not a snow storm. I am very disgusted. My money will not spend here again. People of color take your money somewhere else. Not every person of color are thieves. Thieves come in all color, shapes and sizes.

Order placed at 9:00am for delivery at 3:00-5:00pm $10 fee (fine)
Got an update groceries expected at 6:15
It’s 7:57pm still no groceries
Called bakers they said call Instacart it’s not their problem. Cool never using bakers again. Instacart never has never had a problem when I do it directly. The only reason I chose delivery as because half the items were only available through delivery vs. pick up
So happy!! These people are professionals, that actually COMMUNICATE!! I know, that's such a rare commodity today, but not here, they're friendly, personable, and professional. All the things you want from your pharmacist. Highly recommend

Idk how many people read grocery store reviews... but for what it's worth, I love this Baker's. Just moved here from Ohio and had a couple of different options for grocery stores. To set the tone, I get at LEAST 10 Minute Maid Fruit Punch half gallons a week, and starting with the manager- they deliver on expectations. Regardless of who I ask when I come in, someone on the floor is always willing to check in the back for my case. I've never gotten any groans, moans, or frustration about getting assistance. They just make it easy, and that's the experience I look for when dealing with a store, AND what makes me come back. Goodbye Hy-Vee, hello Baker's!!
I was shopping last night and got in Haylees line.. She had a hostile older lady in line she was tending to and handled what I seen in such a professional mannor.. Really to bad the young lady was treated that way, Keep your head up kid!
The cart person was on his phone taking a sit down cart in and was in a way in an handicap spot. So I honked so he can get out of the way. Tried to get in the store and he approached us.The manager didn't do anything to the employee
THIS IS THE WORST KROGER STORE I'VE BEEN TO, AND I LIVED IN COLORADO FOR 9 YEARS, THEIR VERSION OF KROGER IS CALLED KING SOOPER.
I called ahead to make sure they could cash a check for me. When I got there they had closed the customer services area down. When I asked to speak to a manager someone came out and started berating me. She was very patronizing and condescending. Even the police man in duty stepped over to take a peak. I'm never stepping I foot into another bakers/Kroger's again.
Had to edit this as I decided to give them another chance. BOY was that a mistake. I ordered through their pick up service and the organic mushrooms they gave me were bad, I ended up with food poisoning and when I came into exchange the mushrooms for fresh ones I was left with a bad taste in my mouth. The Customer service lady ignored me standing right in front of her, I even said 'Hello' but she turned her head and glared at me like I was bothering her. When I explained what I was doing, exchanging these moldy mushrooms for good ones she couldn't care less. I said 'thank you' even though it was frustrating to deal with her, and she retorted 'uh huh'. What kind of training program do you guys put these people you hire through? Do they have to have had done a stint in prison? DO NOT COME HERE, THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU! I'm going to start using Hy-Vee, even though they're a little more pricey as their customer service is impeccable. I suggest you do the same!!!
