Love this bakery, sausage rolls are truly amazing. Pasties are good value and well made . Bread looks good but haven't tried it

Without doubt the best bakery in the UK. I have worked up and down the country for 12 years dined in thousands of places but never experienced anywhere like this. Sandwiches are unbelievable all on daily homemade fresh bread, pies are full of meat and favour. Had the curry for the last 3 days (2 different types) it’s just outstanding, unreal amount of cake choices.
If anything the place is too cheap.

Mr Banjano.... unbelievable comments. You were not the only person in the shop at the time so were many others including me! If anything your manners/attitude left a lot to be desired. Perhaps you should have taken into consideration the amount of people in the shop, the fact that the lady in question was trying to serve everyone in a timely fashion, train a new employee, fix a problem with the cash register and deal with your questions all at the same time! I have noted that of your last 12 or so reviews 6 of them have been negative and mostly for all of the same reasons. Speaks volumes. I am a regular customer of this wonderful bakery and will continue to be so. Thanks Karen and Dave for your service . You guys are the best. Highly recommended bakery

Good selection of cakes and pastries. However horrible, unhelpful service from elderly cashier. She was extremely unprofessional and dismissive towards our and other customers’ questions.
We went there twice and wouldn’t recommend the place as it can spoil your day or holiday stay. Plenty of alternatives with friendly service in lovely Babbacombe.

Went in there today and bought the freshest roll I’ve had in years. They were still warm.
Apparently the baker makes Irish soda bread and I’m beyond delighted ☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️
Will be back! The children loved all the rolls, bread and cakes. Yummy and thank you 💗

I love this bakery, I love the food, everything I've tried has been delicious, and big enough to fill me up at a reasonable price. I love the staff, always friendly, and Moose (my dog), loves Dave and his treat tin. Definitely worth a look if your hungry.

Stumbled accross this bakery by chance and im so glad i did. Honestly the nicest baguette ive had in years. Fresh bread, fresh tasty ingredients and so reasonable. Also really lovely people, welcoming to me and my baby girl, super friendly and helpful.
