🥨 may be good but don't work there if you have respect for yourself .. and if you have a high work ethnic not the job for you .. management will change schedule mins before your scheduled to be at work to tell you not to come in .. or call you in on your day off if you don't answer or go in when your not scheduled you will lose hours or be fired for a botch reason. .. April is not to be trusted .. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Got there today (Sunday) at 5:45pm and noticed a guy with his family trying to order but was refused. I was gonna order pretzels with little hotdogs inside( forgot what they are called lol), but they would not serve me either, only a drink they said. Other people was there to order and got no service regarding food either. People that works there did not care. They Were too worried about cleaning and getting out of there early instead of worrying about serving customers. since covid, the quality of workers and places to eat have gone down hill.. WOW!!!!!

Horrible service..they had a line of people wanting to order pretzels etc..at 5:41pm and turned them away including me .. they were too lazy to serve until they closed at 6pm..typical younger generation employees..

Just came here with my boy and wife, and it was a great! The guys working back there deserve a raise, they made it better with perfect customer service and great attitude!

This Auntie Anne’s was great! Fantastic service, food was hot and fresh! Did wait a few minutes, but that’s because he was making the food fresh. The dude cashier was super chill. Highly recommend.

I give two stars because of the fact that the second employee fixed the situation. However it played out like this. I asked for a strawberry frozen mixer and was told the price on the board was wrong and that I'd have to pay for a strawberry frost when I didn't want whipped cream, etc. The young brunette female with long curly hair and a ponytail was extremely rude, giving dirty looks and refused to fix the price. I get it's only $1 but if prices changed fix them on the board. Also, since I was specific about what I wanted it shouldn't have been an issue to begin with.
