I completely understand that this is a new location and under training. However, I have been to this location and the one in Lewisville and have been served burnt food multiple times. I keep trying to give this specific location the benefit of the doubt because they are new and under training but their food is not cheap and even after returning burnt pretzel nuggets, I was given another order of burnt nuggets. I’m not sure if it’s training at these storefront Auntie Anne’s or equipment or what, but it seems these locations are light years away from the mall locations.
Went to auntie Anne's on 1-7-24 @730 pm. Says they close at 9. 1 worker still inside all the lights off and an sun parked in drive through to block it. Not the best look for a new place.
We love Auntie Ann’s usually only see these in malls or at airports so it was awesome to find a stand alone store. The service was amazing received our order of 4 regular size pretzel bites took less than 4 minutes to receive our order. All we have to say is Yum. We saw all the negative reviews but they were do to long wait times because of training, but they have only been open two months. Seems that the training is done and the kitchen seemed to us to operate like a well oiled machine. If you love Auntie Ann’s like we do you won’t be disappointed.

It's not to say that I haven't given this place multiple tries. We love both Aunt Annie's and Jamba Juice, but.... every time we come to this location, it's an issue. First time their credit card machine wasn't working (or employee didnt know how to work it) so they were unable to sell food, and we left empty-handed. Another time we tried the drive thru. It was a 30 minute wait and the food was burnt. Here we are one more time and sadly it's going to be the last. Their drive thru sensor isn't working, asked for the pretzel dogs and it was going to be a 20 minute wait so I ordered a regular simple plain pretzel and it was still a 15 minute wait. I just don't understand why they don't have their act together. It's been MONTHS since they've opened. The employees have ZERO sense of urgency and timeliness, and customer service here is just dead.

Came here in person the first time and it was great. Decided to order for delivery and this what I get. It’s actually hilarious that someone looked at this pretzel and thought “yeah, this is worth selling”.
Can’t speak for the food but as others have mentioned, but the service is horrendous. We went a few days ago and tried to order a pretzel but were told that they were temporarily closed. We tried again this evening and were the only car in line at the drive through. We placed our order and paid at 7:07. Never once did the employee mention that our order was going to take 30 minutes to prepare. We only ordered 2 pretzel bites and a lemonade. After taking our payment and providing us with our lemonade, the employees walked around filling the case at the front of the store with cups of pretzel bites but never brought our order to us. We sat there watching the drive thru line get longer and longer and none of the employees would even acknowledge us. Finally around 7:30, we saw a man who appeared to be the manager walk out, my husband frantically started waving his hands to get the guys attention. At that point, we asked for a refund and left. The manager offered to give us our food in addition to the refund but we were so disgusted after having to wait almost 30 minutes that we declined and went to Jimboys instead.

They need a better way of getting orders out. Seems like they like to work harder than smarter. Waited 30 minutes or more for a regular cup of original pretzels and a smoothie. An employee came out to talk to another employee about her break/lunch and how long they should be while people where around no discretion. Another employee making pretzels came up a few times to check the orders on screen, which you would think they also have one in the back for them to see. Same girl kept rubbing her face with the back of her hand which I hope she washed her hands before making any order. She was also worried about clearing out old pretzels before making pretzels for the orders on screen.
I hope it gets better in the future I would like to return.

20 minutes when there is no one else in line for an order she said would take 7 minutes. 20. 4 people in the back. You can see them. One girl working the front where no one is. If you are wanting great quality in under 30 min. Go somewhere else.

Only go here if you have at least half an hour to sit in the drive through. Most likely will be longer than that. We’ve been twice and both times it took 10-15 min for each car to progress. Not worth it. The auntie Anne’s app doesn’t have it listed as a location so can’t place an order and pick up either.
Went to this location twice the 1st time we sat on drive thru for 30 minutes and the minis were burnt 2nd time went on Wed 6th walked in about 5pm there were 4 people waiting and after I ordered the pretzel minis as I was waiting the manager told all the employees they were closing for a hour and no more orders. About 15 minutes of waiting he offered refund or we could wait I had nothing to do so I opted to wait a girl went out with a clipboard and I realized 5 cars were parked waiting from drive thru. The register girl was very nice but the place was chaos so many people working but they had nothing. About 30 minutes later I got my one order of the mini pretzels but they were all burnt again.
