Rude Staff first time there today, asked stupid girl for cinnamon pretzel bites and regular, and hot dog bites, she act like she didn’t understand and the stuff they had out was old! I never will return.

I visited here a few days ago and the food was delicious. The young lady Yazmin(sorry if misspelled) was very polite and made sure that I got my food in a timely manner and fresh!

Recently went to Auntie Anne's in the walmart, usually i have a pleasant experience with the young gentleman behind the counter. But this new guy Seth, is just down right rude, always on his phone, not even listening. Stood there waiting for 5 minutes while he finished his phone call, told me my pretzel was fresh, it was hard as a rock! Never thought i'd have to check my food, but guess when your employee's don't care it reflects.

Sign says they close at 7:50. I was there at 7:15 and they refused to serve me. Stated they were closed and they stop making items at 6…. Why would you have a sign that says closed at 7:50 but stop making items almost 2 hours before closing? And then tell people you are closer at 7:15… either you close at 7:50 or you close at 7:15… need to get your staff together and the so called “manager” needs to do a better job making sure they make enough items to last. Seems the manager just wanted to leave early as everything seemed to be turned off already which is ridiculous

The employee was rude and tried to ignore me. It's the second time this young man has eventually waited on me. I thought the first time he was just having a bad day but that doesn't seem to be the case. I won't patronize this location anymore unless someone else is working. He acts like waiting on paying customers is an inconvenience. Extremely poor customer service.

Guy behind the counter on his phone all the way in the back. Had to get his attention and then he was just plain rude. I love Auntie Anne's and the quality of the pretzel was terrible let alone the horrible service!
