Not your typical Cinabon. The cashier was nice and friendly. She said they put new bons out every 30 minutes. The one I received was dry in the middle. I just wish it was moist with the cinnamon sugar syurp flowing in the middle. Check out the pic. I also put extra frosting on it. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 5

Always always always a certified snack when on vaca and away!! You know they have the best pretzels in town!! Who you kiddin?? We love the Cinnamon and regular and the minis are so darn cute you gotta get them too!!!!

We were there yesterday on our way out of TN, couldn't leave until we got some pretzels! They were warm, fresh, and delicious! Also, the woman who was our cashier was an insanely sweet person, she had blonde hair and was maybe in her early 40s or so, I can't remember her name for the life of me and I sincerely apologize for that but she was what made our experience there even more awesome. Please make her a manager if she's not already one! She has compassion, empathy, and a big heart, which is what is desperately needed in the world today. 💜 10/10 would stop by again when we come back down! 😁 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

After all the negative reviews, I didn't have any issues with food quality, cleanliness, or service. Fresh cinnamon pretzel bites and cinnamon rolls!

Just waited in line for almost 20 minutes for the tall skinny older lady wearing glasses to make one of the cooks come shut the doors on the lastalast 10 of us and said that she was dealing with everyone inside the store then going to take a cigarette break. So I stood in line for almost 35 minutes and then she was super rude and hateful once she returned as well. I am local and will not come back as long as she's working this location.
