Auntie Anne's has always been a routine stop of ours any time we went to Firewheel, but this location has steadily gone down in the past few years. They're always out of something any time we've been here recently. Today I ordered my usual sour cream and onion bites and only the top three bites had any seasoning on them. Everything else was plain.😕 Usually, it's so messy eating them and the seasoning goes every where, but they're so good that you don't even mind. Not today, I didn't even have to use a napkin because there wasn't anything on my fingers since there was so little flavor added. This franchise location has also stopped honoring the AAA discount, which wasn't enough to keep me from eating there, but after today, I'll think twice before coming here again, which is disappointing because I like the pretzels so much.

My dad has dementia and doesn't get out of the house much. Today, Christmas Eve, in the pouring down rain, when I have 101 things to do already, I picked up my dad to take him to get a pretzel. I walk up to the door at 11:10am and the door is locked. I wait patiently outside the door, in the rain, for a few minutes then knock and ask what time they open. She says 11am. I tell her it's it's now 11:10am. Then she changes her mind and tells me they open at 12. Mind you, it says 11am online.
Not happy!!!!

Popular place for a lot of people. Sometimes you have to wait outside to get it into ordering. And general good and friendly people
