About
The piquant flavours of the Mexican cuisine attract a lot of visitors. Cooks at this bar do their best to provide guests with good prawns, shrimp tacos and salsa & chips. You will enjoy its food, especially tasty ice cream. Delicious margaritas, draft beer or craft beer are worth a try here. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, waiters offer good lemonade. It's easy to find Aunt Chilada's due to its convenient location. The creative staff welcomes people all year round. The cool service displays a high level of quality at this place. Prices are found fair here. You will definitely appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and fine decor. But google users rated this spot and it didn't earn a high rating.

Once again, you need to check your bill. I was overcharged on a plate of nachos. The waitress asked if I wanted the door cream on Guacamole on the side, which I did. However, she charged me $6 for the side of Guacamole. Why wouldn't she state that when she took the order? Anyway, $25 for nachos and a soft drink is outrageous if you ask me. BTW, the nachos were just ok. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
Burrito was ok.. had the pulled pork. What threw me off was they used a sweet sauce for the pork. I. Used to savory when it comes to my burrito. Perhaps not authentic as the taste was off, but also, they played mostly Caribbean music. Not Mexican music. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The view and atmosphere is phenomenal. We ordered an enchilada plate with three enchiladas rice and beans. We sat on the patio and the service was just ok. We might have sent it back but the waitress didn't come back soon enough. The rice was not standard Mexican rice. It was just boiled rice with some flavoring. The chef was probably not trained in authentic Mexican cooking. The pinto beans were flavorless and so thick it was like unflavored no salt or fat refried beans. The beef enchilada the meat was kind of rubbery. The salsa had no onions garlic cilantro or salt. It was just tomatoes and a large chunks of chopped jalapenos or poblano peppers. The chips were flavorful but quite thick and hard. The tomatillo sauce was quite spicy as if there were ground up jalapenos in it. It was the worst tomatillo sauce I've ever had and I have eaten Mexican food all over Southern California and all the upscale Mexican. Restaurant chains. So, the Pepsi was outstanding. The view is terrific overlooking the golf course and Sleeping Giant. The inside decor is great, it's a great location and very Mexican looking but this is probably a good place to go if you are NOT hungry and just want a beer or beverage. I am sorry to write such a negative review but if the owner sees this and wants to hire someone as a food consultant I know someone who is available and they can contact me through this post.

Live 2 state's away. Closing on a family property nearby. On past visits, many years ago, I frequented this establishment ... which I would rate highly back then. This time was was not a quick run-through / pickup. I sat out on the back deck for about 2 hours and had excellent service throughout. Long day on the closing of our family property, they allowed me to sit and finish the final paperwork for the day. Also directed me to local accommodations, as I was too beat to make the journey home (would of had to stop overnight anyway). The food was great as I always have remembered it. I rated the atmosphere high not because of a party atmosphere (I was there starting late lunch), but because they left me in peace to do paperwork / emails AND allowed me to be on that back deck with my dog. There was another group of people there that had their same sized dog with them. The two of them ended up settling down under the table and resting - not disturbing. That made a long day better. In other words - kudos to the management, wait staff and chef. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

honestly very disappointing! as someone who enjoys eating out at mexican restaurants, this one is by far the worst i’ve ever had. for starters, it is a mexicali type cuisine. if you want something close to the genuine thing i would go to either puerto vallarta in orange/milford or toritos in north haven. the inside is very tight. the tables are close together, and it only seems like they have limited tables inside. the atmosphere is not cute as the bar and dining area are not separate. you are close together so it’s like everyone could hear your conversation. it took a while to be waited on. the waiter seemed to be running everything himself (poor guy). as for the food itself, just awful. i ordered the steak fajitas and you can choose from any 3 sides: i chose rice, beans and guacamole. at any other restaurant, they would bring you your plate of rice and beans, but they gave me this small bowl filled with boxed goya rice that tasted awful and bland, and they practically mixed my beans in it! the steak in the fajitas had a funky smell to it, and since i was eating it with the tortilla, veggies and guacamole i did not realize until after that it may have been spoiled. they give you a small portion of meat, and most of it is practically just fat and burnt. again, very disappointing :( i do not recommend this place. i give it 2 stars for the fries my mom had with her burger
Closer to real Mexican than most Tex-Mex places. Loved it! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
The food and service were great. Will definitely go again. I had the Chicken Adobo which I highly recommend Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Went for an after-golf tournament reception on the patio. The atmosphere was great because of the people at the event. The bartender was not very pleasant. I asked for a specific drink, he stated that the liqueur was inside so I just looked at him, he didn't budge to attempt to go get it so I changed my order and let it be. I sat at a table near the bar and could hear how he responded to the folks ordering their drinks - very short and curt! The taco "bar" set up for the event was unappealing. I assembled 2 beef tacos and I couldn't get through the 2nd one. The beef was tasteless, there was no sour cream, and the salsa was also lacking flavor. Definitely not the place for tacos. Someone ordered wings and stated that they were decent. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
