The service was OK. The place is clean and friendly. My over medium eggs were really oily, and so was the sausage. The homedries were really good surprisely no oily. The pancakes were good, and my wife enjoyed her scrambled egg thing. The entire bill came to 50. Nothing special here!!!! They do have parking here it’s their only plus. A completely underwhelming and forgettable experience. Everything tasted bland NO flavor. Bacon was tasty and coffee was good that’s it. We the traditional Eggs Benedict, fried green tomatoes, scrambled eggs, grits and French toast. Nothing was really good, tasteless. Super friendly people and a really good breakfast. We visit Gatlinburg quite often and I never miss an opportunity to have breakfast at the Atrium Restaurant. The portions are huge and we most often split the baked apple pancake and are sill filled beyond capacity. This is a great place for breakfast with really good food and great service. We really liked this place because the apple pancake “cake” and cinnamon roll were excellent. Our kids really enjoyed them. My husband wasn’t too thrilled with his ham, thought it was was too salty. Staff was super friendly and attentive. They gave us enormous glasses for drinks.
Very old breakfast/lunch restaurant. A little off the main paths of stores, but good food. Simplistic dishes nailed and checked the comfort food boxes. Staff is really friendly. Meal can fairly quick. Happy with product and service received. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Grits
This place is a small hole in the wall spot that is so so good. I have to take a trip here everytime I go to Gatlinburg! I got the homemade fried buffalo chicken sandwich, my friend got the BLT and fried green tomatoes. Each and every bite delish! They have wonderful cappuccinos there too, they are also famous for their Apple Pancake but bring your appetite for that it's huge!! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
My food was great, but my husband didn't like the Apple Pancake. It was very thick and the apple syrup was like water. Imagine pouring apple juice on it.... It just soaked it up like a sponge. But the Eggs Benedict and my pancake were delicious! The server was great though and offered him a meat or something since he didn't want another one. He declined as he was already full. So she discounted it by 20%. I thought that was very nice.
We are staying at the Crossroads Inn right beside Atrium on our honeymoon and wanted breakfast. We came in and were greeted happily. Alyssa was a fantastic server and was incredibly nice! Food, service, and atmosphere was delightful. We will be back many times for sure! My grits tasted like they were made with trout water…and not in a good way. I think they literally boiled the grits in trout stream water. The Diet Pepsi also tasted like it came from a trout mouth. The rest of the food didn’t taste like trout but it was very below average. I would rather have eaten crumbs from a strangers bed. The heat was broken and it was freezing cold. They had no space heaters and no offers for any complimentary hot chocolate or anything to overcome their lack of heat. It looked like a bear got in there and tore up the carpet. The vibes were not great. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The breakfast food was delicious. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the service was slow because they were short staffed. They do have parking shared with a hotel, but there were few spots open. They gave us a very nice discount at check out! We didn't have to ask.
