I ordered online and had a variety of discounts to choose from. I got there a little early a watches as the only visible worker made my order fresh. Very positive employee and short handed but able to ask and show me a variety of different sauces to take with me. I haven't eaten Arby's in a very long time so it was nice to be offered and shown what was available. Restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms which is rare these days! My son and I split a 4 for $10 which is a pretty good deal in the current food cost climate. (I was reminiscing about the 5 for $5, those were the days) the sandwiches were just as expected and we enjoyed them. The employees were all nice and were prompt in taking care of us. However, the person expediting food - working between the lady at the counter and those in the kitchen - just continually shouted the entire ~30 min we were there. It was weird, off-putting, and just generally uncalled for. They were not necessary being rude (they were at times though) but it was not a nice environment to sit and eat our dinner. Not even close to giving the correct order, ordered two sandwiches, with two curly fries, and drinks. Was given two gyros, one regular fry. The coke tasted like the syrup needed to be change, will never go back to this Arby’s again, they’ve screwed up my order too many times. Also, multiple employees hanging out in their cars, then running inside to take orders, after the drive through lane is 4 cars deep. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I saw the fish on TV and they looked delicious. Well...not so much. Child size portions. They may have been undercooked, but they were a little slimy and fishy smelling. Unbelievable poorly run location. After waiting 20 minutes for my order I demanded my money back. Clearly the management of this establishment has no clue how to balance or manage the drive through, dine-in customers and people that evidently call their order in advance. Food looks great on TV but unless you can manager the actual preparation and delivery of said food it's a monumental failure. I was asking what kind of sauce is available in drive thru due to me having an autistic grandson on the car with me and he will have a meltdown of its not what he likes, the guy was in the middle of telling and the manager on duty cuts him off and tells me I have to ask for sauce at the window. I needed to know what sauces were available before continuing order. I feel that was very rude and not once did manager come to window and apologize. Then I asked for BBQ and ranch and still did not receive correct sauces. The young lady brought my food out and apologized for her manager. Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Service: 1

When it comes to fast food, I would choose Arby's over most others like McDonald's. Their roast beef sandwiches are good, and you can see them slice it right in front of you. Arby’s here on Rice Rd in Lee’s Summit is my quick go to for lunch sometimes. Being in the same plaza makes it convenient. I always get hot fresh food & everyone is always extremely pleasant & nice. The manager today even turned me on to the lemonade with a mix of peach & strawberry! Amazing! You guys rock! Literally came in the drive-thru, got food, 3 brisket sandwiches, and 3 fries. Got 3 jamocha shakes and got to the window, paid, got food as was on my way in under fives minutes in the middle of lunch rush. The drive thru has a terrible design but obviously staff and management can't control that, but they moved thru the orders quickly and food tasted good. Manger was working window and she was polite and friendly. This was Friday 9/8 Was expensive for fast food as always though.
