Ok. So I went this Arby's yesterday and got the ranch and swiss roast beef sandwich and it was good, but there was very little ranch. So I stopped today, and thinking I'd have the same issue, I asked for extra ranch. They gave me a ranch disaster! It seemed extremely intentional...There was so much ranch, the meat slid right out of the sandwich and ranch was everywhere! So I went back and showed them and they said they would remake it. When I got the next one, the lady offered to have me check to see if it was ok. I declined thinking it was simply a roast beef sandwich with swiss cheese, lettuce, and peppercorn ranch. Drove back to work and low and behold, they managed to mess up again! This time there was NO ranch and NO lettuce! I mean come on, seriously?! I did not got back a third time, and I dont think I'll go back again...period. Apparently the sandwich maker has a vendetta against special orders and intentionally did this. I highly doubt this is the first time this has happened, so why is this person being allowed to continue messing up orders? They say they're 24hrs but then I spend my premium gas money to get there and there's a note saying on break.. or now today it's closed 😕 They always forget something or give you the completely wrong items. I just wish they respect other's time and money! Got a chicken sandwich, as I was eating it halfway through pulled out a wad of hair out of the sandwich Got my money returned after the cashier claims she just came back from brushing her hair on break. I love Arby's. I almost always ring the bell there! If they mess up, they make it right. The people that work there are friendly and efficient. There's one older lady, about my age, that has short hair and is thin built. She's the best! I had a complaint once and she investigated it and helped me. The prices aren't horrible either. Almost always our food is hot and fresh. We get the crinkle cut fries. My only complaint is often there are curley fries in with our crinkles. Yuk! Lol. Definitely not the end of the world! First time Tried Arby’s sandwich and French dip sauce and it was good it was amazing first time Eating the sandwich and a French dip in sauce I would love to get it again it is one of my favorite things now on the menu can’t wait to go back and get another one and post another review about it great customer service employee was very helpful explaining everything on the menu.the place was clean they were professional great staff Made me happy in my experience was the best of all time Sash was fresh dill dip in sauce with hearts everything was good if I could give them six stars 10 out of 10 max a good review y’all deserve it great building inspection great so if y’all ever decide where to go and you’re on the highway please pull over and give them I’ll try Arby’s will not disappoint you
