I just had Very extensive dental surgery and I can only eat soft things. When I went through the drive-through, Graham took my order and he was so kind and so patient and I explained my situation. He then went and made sure everything was soft enough and even had me take a bite at the window. I had a better customer service Experience with him, then I have at five star restaurants. This talking stick location for Arby's is one of the better ones they actually have a store manager who cares Graham is the manager's name. the sandwiches are fresh made to order and they move the drive-thru line you choose. you can also dine in there's handicap access and there is no staffing issues they're open during regular business hours and are open till 10:00 p.m. and they are there. if you look for coupons you can save a bunch of money. I recommend this Arby's because of Graham and his very friendly helpful staff. thank God I have an Arby's near me that is good and it wasn't that way until Graham became store manager there. five star service thank you very much. We love about 15 minutes from this location, and had an exceptional 3rd party delivery! Everything we’d ordered was still very warm, almost hot,.. all was fresh made, and the sandwich buns were so very fresh, like they’d just come out of the oven! There is an employee here named Graham that I would literally buy a bologna sandwich from. His customer service far out reaches my expectations of fast food service. It is too bad Arby's doesn't have a direct email because I am ready to write corporate about him. My late night group of 4 young over tired, hungry and stimulated children with 2 moms who felt the same arrived at his drive thru discombobulated and having a very difficult time figuring out what to order amongst crying and indecisive group. Although I apologized multiple times I can only imagine what it sounded like in the headset and what they expected at the window. Graham was so very understanding, kind and patient throughout our mess and we are still so very thankful even the next day. I will be back solely due to the customer service we received.
