Food was fantastic!!! Staff was incredible! Super friendly and helpful. When I went with my Wife it was a little to cold in there but it was manageable. I had the Whisky Bacon Burger and that was so juicy and full of flavor I almost wanted to order another one haha my wife got 4 cheese chicken strip pasta that was really yummy!!! We came for a family meal before going to the movies. It was Friday around 5 and we got right in. Staff were very friendly and tha manager Kaleb was awesome. They have a really good spinach artichoke dip. The rest of the food was really good as well. I got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, house salad and my boyfriend the steak and shrimp dinner. He ordered it rare and he can be a little picky about that sometimes, but said it was cooked perfectly. Nice quiet environment and really friendly, fun waiter. Went for the all you can eat ribs, chicken and shrimp for $14.99. No shrimp and no discount because of it. My sister had her heart set on shrimp for her birthday and was soooo disappointed. She came all the way from Springerville, Arizona to celebrate the occasion. Colt was very personable, friendly and welcoming. Food was just so so. Came in around 12:20 on a Monday afternoon. There were only two servers and a cook. Waited about 22 minutes to be seated. Took only 17 minutes to get our food. Burger came medium well to well done. Definitely cooked fresh. Fresh produce, fresh fries. This cook is good. In fact better than good he's great. Left the place at about 1:10 pm. I'll come here again simply because the crew is very professional and productive. Tables were cleaned. We saw other tables waiting to be cleaned but the two servers were quick. Bathrooms were cleaned. Lobby was adequate. But you would not be able to tell how busy this place got unless you stayed inside for a while. I like this Applebee's. This Applebee's is connected to a hotel, which is right on the waterfront of the Animas River in Durango. It's a busy place, but parking is adequate. Restrooms were also clean. We were seated right away, but very shortly thereafter, we asked to be moved. This was because of the overly loud conversation two tables away, where every second word was an F-Bomb. The hostess was happy to help. We ordered quickly, but food delivery was very slow. About 30 minutes, which was not acceptable. When the food did arrive, we enjoyed a small Caesar Salad, which was big enough to be a meal, and a Cajun Burger, along with a delightful conversation with other guests across from us who were from Israel. Server never checked on us after our meals were served. we were going order another drink but the dude dropped off the check and Togo boxes instead. They weren't even busy. The service was the only thing good. Our waiter was very nice. They didn’t have anything on the $8.99 menu. I ordered my burger well done and it was very pink, more like Medium well.

Food was amazing, and the entire staff was lovely! We had Gino Monday night and the service was so wonderful that we went back again and had Harry, another amazing team member!
