Perfectly cooked Caesar salads, honey chicken and sirloins have a pleasant taste. You will be offered good beer or good whiskey. Visitors don't highly appreciate ice cream at this bar. The warm atmosphere of Applebee's makes guests feel relaxed and have a nice time. The staff is said to be efficient here. This place is remarkable for its prompt service. I usually don't write bad reviews and understand restaurants are hurting for staffing. We did wait 35 minutes to be seated (understandable these days). After we were seated for 25 minutes, we got up and left, no food or drinks or even acknowledgement that we were there.During that time, our server looked over to us several times from their computer station mostly talking to another staff member. After 20 some minutes, she even went right by us to clear another table and didn't say a word. I can't grade food as we never received any Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We tried to go here on February 24th. There was 3 of us and the establishment was only 50 percent full. The hostess informed us it would be at least 25-35 minute wait at 6pm. Looking around there appeared to be plenty of servers. We left instead as a place 50 percent full we had no confidence in what the food quality would be. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Ordered an appetizer and never got it. I ordered the grilled chicken and it was the plainest/driest chicken I’ve ever had. Meal was supposed to come with mashed potatoes and never got those, had to ask then after waiting they came cold. Worst experience I’ve ever had there and of course waitress wouldn’t stop at our table long enough for us to say anything about it all. We ordered the all you can eat special. Did not have the riblets, they were out, Couldn't have BBQ wings, they were out of BBQ. Didn't get any coleslaw, were out of that too. Out of lemonade. Arrived on a Saturday night around 9pm. Upon arrival we had to wait 25 minutes before being seated. Keep in mind the place was not crowded. I ordered a long Island ice tea & was told they were out of sweet and sour mix. Ordered it anyway & it was huge, delicious & $5. I wasn't very hungry so I ordered the wings appetizers with hotsauce. Came for dinner with our 4y/o grandson. It took 45 minutes to get a vanilla shake and wine. Ordered all you can eat ribs. My grandson wanted yogurt & strawberries. The yogurt was curdling and tasted bad. We told the waitress and asked for strawberries and whip cream. We got more strawberries and spoiled yogurt. We come to Appleby's a lot. Very disappointed. We came in around 10:30 and immediately when we walked in the hostess said to another worker, “Can you deal with them, I don’t want to.” She then proceeded to roll her eyes at us and walked away. I usually love this location and have never had a problem but the staff today was completely rude. I understand that you’re short staffed but I did not cause that and your anger does not need to be placed towards me. When we were sat, we had dirty napkins thrown at our table. The food and service at this Applebee's was as I would expect for this chain. Everyone was friendly, the service was prompt, the food was correctly made and tasty. I normally prefer non-chain restaurants, however, it was nice to get a meal that was prepared just as I would expect. They had a few selections of draft beers as well as other cocktails. I ordered delivery and everything arrived hot and delicious!!!! I was worried the 2 for 25 deal was going to be smaller portions as I’ve never ordered deal before… we’re full and happy. Kids chicken tenders cooked perfect. We have a new go-to for family date night dine-in, pickup, or delivery. Thanks DBQ Applebees!
