Cortez local and when I say avoid this place I mean it. If you do go bring only cash do not ever open a tab here. They will over charge you. I had to turn my card off and make them give it back too me. Then I left. Blondies is way better and loungin lizard is the best place. You don’t have to worry about getting robbed from old bartenders. The staff at the other bars is much better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Took forever to close my tab and there's always drama happening at this bar. Yeah its cheap and all but I guess when you need a watering whole to wet your whistle it gets the job done service is okay but what do you expect when it is busy

Absolutely terrible service. The bartender had the worst attitude and only wanted to serve the “locals only” because she did not recognize us. Such a beautiful town but taints the vibe with unwelcoming service at the only open watering hole after 10:00

Angel really makes everyone feel at home. Everyone was very friendly and happy to be there. I even did a little karaoke. I don't think I embarrassed myself too badly. I was invited to meet a friend there and was glad I went. It was Thursday night and there was a pool tournament going on as well. It's a good time if you like people. 😊

I have to say I had an excellent time here. Angel is a treat to meat in person. It is rare that you get to have a conversation with the owner of the bar. Every body there was a pleasure to meat. I had a blast. I was so sorry when closing time came. But I will definitely be back. Thanks Cortez for being so nice to a traveler....

We went to angels bar and had a lot of fun. The owner was so nice and treated us like she new us forever. Me and my boyfriend had so much fun we stayed another night and went back. If i ever go back there ill be sure to stay in Cortez and go see angel at angels bar. Great place friendly people.loved it and had lots of fun there.

Great local bar. Cool vibes. 2 pool tables and a hustler. Watch out you could have a good time. Bronco bar for sure. LETS RIDE!!!
