A hidden gem in the city center of Alphen aan den Rijn, is the best way to describe Agorá 40.
A quality interior shopping experience and a great pastry shop that is located at the back of the shop. Accessibility wise, everything is located and accessible on the ground floor.
The owners are very friendly, genuine and make you feel very welcome. I love the vibe of the place. It is very clean and I love the use of materials and warm colour tones that are chosen with a lot of care and with an eye for detail.
Their coffee tastes very good, let alone their homemade pastries! Everything is freshly made and absolutely delicious! I had a couple of cappuccino’s, which is always accompanied by a cute little square piece of their delicious chocolate brownie.
Their chocolate & caramel tart is so good!
The caramel is gooey, but still keeps it shape when you cut into it. Their orange & chocolate tart has a nice tangy flavour.
I visited on a very rainy Tuesday in autumn around 12pm. It was very quiet and I was the only customer during that time.
Highly recommended to spend some time here by yourself, or with friends/family.
Wat een pareltje dit zeg. Super leuke woon accessoires winkel en ze hebben een heerlijke relaxte serre voor een kop koffie met wat lekkers. Koffie en de taartjes zijn echt top!

Ontzettend fijne winkel met erg leuke woonaccessoires. Vriendelijk personeel en een oase van rust voor een heerlijk kopje koffie en gebakje. Zowel binnen als buiten in de heerlijke tuin!
Mooie toevoeging in het centrum van Alphen. Een (cadeau)winkel voor ieder wat wils, maar ook een fijne plek om een koffietje te doen. De mannen van deze zaak zijn super meedenkend en klantvriendelijk. Via Instagram paar keer contact gehad over producten en ze reageren heel snel! Daarnaast hebben ze ontzettend veel leuke en mooie producten uit verschillende prijsklasse. Veel succes met jullie business!
Wat een fijne service. Mooie eettafel gekocht, met helaas een fabrieksfoutje op het blad. Zonder problemen een nieuw tafelblad gekregen en nog een paar gebakjes als goedmaker. Foutjes kunnen gebeuren, het belangrijkste is hoe je ze oplost. Top mannen, bedankt.
