My husband and I were walking home decided to stop get a coffee. I have to use a walker and my husband is elderly we were walking around to the pickup area to order cutting across the exit because of the direction we were coming from. An employee was rude yelled out the drive thru area asking if we were there to order to go around to the other side which we were heading to as we were stepping up on the sidewalk. Then another employee came get our order I ordered lg white chocolate chiller my husband got a medium one. They were nasty. We had to pay with cash and brunch of change gave employee money then asked what was left so I could get the rest. She just looked at me stepped inside came back said don't worry about it on us they are already ready gave the money back. But made us feel like they were too busy answer my question or take care of us like we were a bother to them. We will never be back again and hate to say was my first time trying y'all out but never again. Your employees need to have better customer service. We won't be back if we're going to be too much of a bother to be helped and waited on.
