My dad ordered my mother an edible arrangement for their anniversary and for her birthday and it came out terrible - the fruit was out of season and didn't taste good at all.
This was such a disappointment especially when my paid over $50 for something that was nowhere near edible nor did it even look presentable. We will not purchase anymore edible arrangements from this place, it was such a waste of money.

Outstanding bakery! We bought a decorated Carrot Cake and a Gluten-Free Lemon Coconut Cake and both are amazing. When you want homemade, but don't have the time or talent to create a masterpiece, this is where you can go if you're in the area. Super-friendly owner and great customer service. Highly recommend.

I give it a 3 star cause the strawberries were good but did not give me what my daughter ordered for me for my birthday. She ordered a dozen iridescent tri-color and what I got was matte color chocolate with color cake topping crystals to give it a sparkle. She also paid for 2 balloons and only 1 was delivered.. I feel if your going to take an order from Sherri berries than you should be able to fulfill the order as created.

PINK LEMONADE CAKE!!! It was very smooth, moist, and not over sweet! I thought it would be a tart flavor, but nope! It was a great combination! My large slice of cake was only $4.36 (tip please)
The best part about that cake and the bakery is ITS LOCAL!!! SUPPORT LOCAL DURING THIS TIME AND EVERYTIME😊 The Chef's mother was working the counter and she had on a mask, and wore gloves. THANK YOU 🙏🏾
Also, they have hand sanitizer out for the customers. I truly appreciate that. The bakery had a variety of desserts and drinks to choose from. Stop by and grab some sweet treats from this awesome local bakery. (Black owned)😊

Pam is the absolute best. Ordered a banana pudding cake last minute on a Saturday for my birthday on Monday & not only was she able to accommodate me but her cake tasted AMAZING. My boyfriend who’s not a cake person at all loved it. Cake was so great I went back later that week to order some slices. Thanks Pam for a great experience!

Was looking for somewhere local to grab something sweet. We stumbled across 3 Layers on Google and decided to give it a shot. It was the best decision I could’ve made. The gentleman at the counter was so very friendly and helpful. The cake...is the best cake I’ve ever had. I can say that without a doubt. We tried the coconut (my favorite), strawberry (my sister’s favorite), banana pudding, and strawberry crunch. There was not a bad piece of cake in the bunch. If you’re in downtown Winston, definitely stop by and support these guys!

Amazing cakes & friendly, professional service. Pam is a highly skilled baker and you can tell she loves what she does. I put in an order at the last minute for a red velvet cake for my mom on Mothers Day. Not only was the cake delicious, but they delivered the cake to me. Highly recommend!

Nice little corner cakery right in the middle of what's happenin over on N Liberty St. They have k-cups if you need a coffee fix + the cakes are great!

We found 3 Layers Bakery via Google. We wanted to order a cake for our beloved brother Charles. He was celebrating his 76 Birthday. He doesn’t drive anymore. We live outside of Tampa, Fl. and Charles lives in the Walkertown area of Winston Salem. Due to Health issues and treatments, we could not be with him. He is alone since his wife passed. We spoke to Pam and she was so nice! She patiently helped us pick out a cake and a dinner for our brother. She even delivered it herself. Now to the good stuff, the cake was fantastic and Friend Chicken dinner was delicious! I suggested to Pam that she should send cakes and dinners to folks out of state. If so, we asked her to put us at the top of the list. Highly recommended!
